Automatic file delivery on every order

Upload any file type, ZIP, PDF, executable, or media, and PayDrop emails the download link once the second payment clears. The customer has made their purchase before they have closed the tab.

Unique license keys, generated per order

Every order gets its own key with activation limits and an expiry you control. View, extend, revoke, or regenerate any key from one dashboard when a chargeback lands or a customer switches devices.

Recurring subscriptions on digital products

Turn any download into a subscription with custom billing periods, setup fees, and trial periods. Billing runs through Shopify’s native subscriptions, so payments stay where the rest of your store already lives.

Granular download controls

Cap how many times a file can be downloaded and set links to expire after a set window. If a customer misses theirs, resend the email or extend the expiry in one click from the Orders page.

A self-service portal your customers actually use

One click in Settings publishes a portal on your storefront. Customers log in to re-download files, check license status and activations, and manage subscriptions without ever opening a support ticket.

Reporting that goes deeper than the price suggests

Five report views cover sales and average order value, per-product download breakdowns, file-level tracking with unique downloader counts, customer lifetime value, and refund trends. Filter any view by date range.
