Create as many bookable services as you need. Set the duration, choose the venue (in person, phone, or Google Meet), decide how many people can take each slot, and you are live. Every service becomes a Shopify product your customers can browse, book, and pay for through your store’s normal checkout.

Your Customers Book, Pay, and Confirm in Three Clicks

Customers see your services on the product page, pick a date and time from live availability, and pay through Shopify checkout without ever leaving your store. The booking details (date, time, timezone, venue, and staff member) show up in the cart, so there are no surprises. After payment they get a confirmation email with everything they need, including a Google Meet link if the appointment is virtual.

Sync with Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Microsoft Outlook

Every booking syncs to your Google Calendar automatically, so your schedule stays current without any manual entry. Virtual appointments get a Google Meet link generated and sent to both you and the customer, with no copy-pasting. Teams that run on Microsoft can add Outlook calendar sync on the Pro plan.

See Your Entire Schedule at a Glance

View every booking as a list or a calendar. Filter by upcoming, past, or cancelled, and search by product or customer name. The calendar view gives you the whole month at a glance, and clicking any booking opens the full details. Everything lives on one screen inside your Shopify admin.

Control Your Availability Down to the Hour

Set your weekly schedule: which days you work, what hours you keep, and whether weekends are on or off. Apply one schedule to every day, to weekdays only, or configure each day on its own. Add buffer time between appointments so you are never back to back, block off lunch breaks and mid-day pauses, and mark holidays that can repeat every year. Customers only ever see slots that fall inside your defined availability.

Assign Bookings to Team Members

Add team members, give them roles, and track how many bookings each person handles. Assign a customer to a specific staff member at the time of booking, so the right person always knows what is on their plate. Active and inactive status lets you manage who is available without deleting anyone’s history.

Recurring Appointments and Group Sessions (Pro)

Let customers book repeating appointments daily, weekly, or monthly without starting over each time. Group bookings open the same time slot to multiple customers, which is exactly how fitness classes, workshops, and group consultations should run. Both are available on the Pro plan.

Automated Reminders, Cancellations, and Reschedule Emails

Book’d sends reminder emails before every appointment automatically. The free plan includes one reminder a day before. Pro unlocks multiple reminders with custom timing. Every email, whether a reminder, a cancellation, or a reschedule notice, runs on a template you can customize with your own subject lines, copy, and dynamic details like customer name, appointment time, meeting link, address, and phone.

Match the Booking Widget to Your Brand (Pro)

Set the widget color to your store’s brand with a hex code or a color picker. Pro users can also remove the ShopNinjas branding from the widget for a fully white-labelled booking experience.
